Mr. Frosty

Mr frosty is an anomalous entity that manifests in hot summer days and offers kids ice cream. He will often bring three or more ice cream cones with himself and give them to kids in parks that are completely unattended by their parents and other children. The children that have reported interacting with this entity also claim this “silly looking snow man” vanishes once they finish all the ice cream they have been given. Surveillance footage reveals that children that drop any of the ice cream given to them get abducted by Mr Frosty, leaving some of their belongings behind; covered in stains of their favorite ice cream flavor.
